Our Mission
joimax® focuses its activities on technologies, systems and methods for the integrated endoscopic surgical access to the spinal column, and for the gentle tissue removal with optimized visualization. Furthermore, by concentrating solely on the latest solutions with minimally invasive methods and devices, a curative spinal surgery is being made possible.
Our focus is on the so-called "soft surgery", which ensures better patient care. Moreover, our fully integrated visualization, documentation, and tissue removal technologies enable surgeons to conduct their operations independently (without assistants) and at optimized cost – the so-called "solo surgery".

Our goal is to become the leader in medical technology in the field of "joined minimal access technologies". We are therefore concentrating our research, development, manufacturing and marketing on our area of expertise - the minimally invasive endoscopic spinal surgery.
