At the beginning of 2006, joimax® founded an advisory board with four members. This board advises the management team regarding strategic issues and longterm decisions.

... presides the advisory board and represents the investors of the company. The lawyer and partner of the law office Rittershaus in Mannheim is specialised in company law and advises several companies within the sector of medical- and bio technology.
Michael Kranich, Dipl.-Kfm.,
... represents DH-Capital and OH-investments. The real estate economist is CEO of the BW Verwaltungs GmbH in Heidelberg.
Dr.-Ing. Peter H. Grassmann,
... has been selected to the the advisory board by all members as a specialist. The physicist was chief executive of Carl Zeiss in Oberkochen and Jena, and manager of the medical technology sector of the Siemens AG. He holds several mandates as an advisory and supervisory board member.
Dr. Chris Tanner,
... is an independent advisor and representative of the Dievini GmbH in Heidelberg, a partner of joimax®. The banking and finance economist has worked for the finance service provider UBS in a leading position, and holds several supervisory board mandates within companies of the medical industry.
